Social media is now the number one activity on the Web. What started out as bloggers wanting to share their ideas on the Internet has blossomed into a revolution. It’s estimated that there are well in excess of 100 million blogs worldwide. And that number is growing daily. More than 30% of these bloggers are believed to post opinions of products and services. Social media, such as Facebook and Twitter, give your company the ability to engage with your customers, to participate in conversations, to provide expertise, and truly have a one-to-one relationship with your most important audiences. Social media can be a powerful force in developing and enhancing your products, in reducing marketing costs, and increasing customer loyalty. But social media can only be effective when implemented according to a clear and defined strategy. Learn what social media does well…where it is less effective…and what strategies will be most successful for your company?
