About the Speakers:
Kevin McPartlan is a Product Line Manager in Cisco's Collaboration Business Applications Business Unit, where he is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across Cisco’s customer collaboration solutions. He has more than 25 years of experience providing strategic leadership at Convergys, Nuasis, Aspect Communications, David Systems, and ROLM. Kevin has a BA in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and holds nine patents.
Todd Samalin is a product manager for Bucher + Suter, a Swiss software company that specializes in enhancing the capabilities of Cisco contact center technology especially in the areas of mobility and multichannel. He has been with Bucher + Suter for 4 years and has worked in the contact center software industry for 20 years. He lives in Atlanta, GA but travels around the country speaking to customers about their Cisco contact center business requirements. As a product manager he then translates those requirements into out of the box solutions.
