Konftel rolls out global Product Information Management solution from OneTimePIM

OneTimePIM set to support and streamline Konftel’s product information process across multi-channel, multi-language partners

Collaboration device specialist Konftel is set to improve its bottom line by delivering a better customer experience across multiple channels following the implementation of a Product Information Management (PIM) solution from OneTimePIM. 

Konftel is a leading collaboration endpoint solution vendor based in Sweden offering its audio and video conference solutions through a global network of distributors and resellers with no direct sales. Its aim is to deliver enhanced levels of detailed product content and specifications for end-users, dealers, and distributors alike. The implementation of OneTimePIM will enable the company to provide more accurate, speedy, and up-to-date information on its growing product portfolio, all from a central internal resource.
