M-Cube Acquires Notice Group Netherlands

Europe’s leading provider for Digital In-Store Solutions acquires Notice Group, one of the major actors in audio and video services in the Netherlands 


Milan, March 08, 2023 -M-Cube, the European leader in Digital In-Store Experiences, has finalised the acquisition of the Dutch company Notice Group, with headquarters in the Netherlands and offices in Spain. Announced recently by M-Cube Group founder and President Manlio Romanelli, the purchase was finalised after a successful 2022, marked by an organic growth of more than 25%.


The purchase will enrich M-Cube’s portfolio, which includes more than 500 brands and over 50,000 installations in over 100 countries in the world. M-Cube is adding to the geographical expansion path followed in the last four years, through five acquisitions, which allowed it to become one of the European leaders in digital in-store solutions, and is set to continue to benefit from the ongoing market consolidation.

Founded in 2001 in Italy, the company is the European leader in providingDigitalIn-Store  Experiences and Retail Solutions.


Notice Group, incorporating Notice Branded Media and Fairview Indoor Media, founded in 1999, provides Digital Signage, Audio Branding, Content Creation and Interactive In-Store Solutions. Notice delivers its exclusive solutions to 8,000 clients in over 12,000 installations throughout Europe. The Notice Group has developed a unique digital signage platform “Easyscreen” and offers its solutions directly to a mix of small, medium and large end-users, as well as indirectly through a network of resellers and partners.  


Thirty four new employees will join the M-Cube Group in the Amsterdam and Barcelona offices. The existing management team of Notice, Hans de Boer (COO) and Rob Rietvield (CCO), will continue to lead the Notice Group. Also, Emile van Maasdam (former co-owner of the Notice Group together with Rory Ligthart) will remain involved with the Group as an advisor. As a result of this acquisition, M-Cube is enlarging its expertise into the innovative Dutch market. The acquisition will allow M-Cube to expand their operations into new sectors like Hospitality, Leisure, Healthcare and Fitness.
