Rutgers University announced CX@Rutgers, the first university-backed, fully accredited program for Customer Experience Professionals.

This certificate program is a 4-day, full-immersion experience, which will take place April 25-28 at Rutgers University. As a participant, you’ll receive a Samsung tablet device fully loaded with all course books and materials.
