Get Paid for Your Opinions!

We’ve all heard the saying, “Money is Power,” but in the world of contact center customer service, “Knowledge is Power.”

Service executives can now get paid for their opinions by participating in a new online Executive Service Panel, introduced by Omega Management Group Corp. Through a series of interactive web surveys, participants will stay up-to-date on current customer service business trends and predictions for the coming quarters – and be compensated for their completed online interviews. There is no cost to participate in the program.

For each completed interview, participants will earn MarketPoints that are directly redeemable for monetary rewards. MarketPoints are the Executive Service Panel’s exclusive online currency. A minimum of 200 MarketPoints, worth $10, is awarded for every completed survey. The number of MarketPoints awarded depends on the length of the online interview. Each interview invitation indicates the amount of MarketPoints participants will receive for completing the online interview.

How to Join

Participation in the Omega Executive Service Panel is open to anyone with management level responsibility who is employed full time in the business of managing all or a portion of a customer-facing operation. Customer-facing operations may include contact center, field operations, depot repair, technical support, dispatching, customer service/support, professional services, training and any other operation that involves direct contact with customers-facing operations.

Following your registration, you will receive an email requesting you to click on a link to confirm your registration. Your membership will then be complete and you will begin receiving online interview requests shortly thereafter.
