If a user chooses to register on CRMXchange.com, crmxchange.webex.com or ecrmevents.com, they can elect to give their contact information (such as name and email address). By signing the registration for webcast and white papers, the user agrees to accept information from sponsors. We request information from the user on our order forms for training classes. Here a user must provide contact information (ie name and address) and financial information (ie credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

including content that you create, information or advertisements that you have
read, the web pages you visited, offers and Services that were of interest to
you, the location of the computer and the Internet Protocol (IP) address
