CX BFSI Exchange launches in Europe after 15 years of success

14–15 September 2026 | Hotel Palace Berlin, Germany

For the first time, European leaders responsible for customer outcomes in banking, financial services and insurance will have a dedicated, high-level platform designed just for them.

The CX BFSI Exchange, a well-known event series for customer experience, customer service, and digital leaders in banking, financial services and insurance, will take place in Europe for the first time. After 15 years of success in the United States and the United Kingdom, the event will launch in Berlin in September 2026.

The event will be held at Hotel Palace Berlin and will bring together 55 senior leaders from across Europe to improve customer experience and deliver real business results.
