ExabeamⓇ Ranked In Latest Newsweek 2024 List of Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces®

Global cybersecurity leader Exabeam recently announced its inclusion in the second annual Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® list, published by Newsweek. The company ranks #68 on the list, which results from collaboration with Best Practice Institute (BPI), a leadership development and benchmark research company.

“We are honored to be named a Top 100 Most Loved Workplace. This recognition from Newsweek and Best Practice Institute is a testament to our employees globally, who are committed to fostering a safe work environment that is inclusive to everyone,” said Gianna Driver, Chief Human Resources Officer, Exabeam. “We are proud to have created a high-performance culture and put the right processes and tools in place to ensure teams can be as productive and collaborative as possible as they work towards their own and the company’s goals.”

As a cybersecurity leader, Exabeam is dedicated to inclusivity across its workplace for everyone. The company follows five core principles that guide all internal and external interactions:

  1. Work together, win together

  2. Communicate openly

  3. Engage with confidence and without ego

  4. Deliver the exceptional

  5. Do what is right

Exabeam provides holistic benefits aligned with health, wealth, and self; gives “Thank You Days” to employees for time off to rest, recharge and volunteer; and supports underrepresented groups including Black people, those who identify as LGBTQIA, Latinos, Pacific-Islanders, the Neurodiverse, Veterans, and Women through its employee resource groups (ERGs). The company also offers mental health support through a robust employee assistance program (EAP) as well as other mental health and caregiver benefits.

How positive workers feel about their future at the company, career achievement, how much employer values align with employee values, respect at all levels, and the level of collaboration at the firm were the five critical areas measured to gauge employee sentiment. In addition, areas such as inclusion, employee wellness, diversity, career development, and company leadership were identified and analyzed in relation to the five critical areas measured.

“As workplaces continue to shift, it’s clearer than ever that fostering collaboration, embracing a positive outlook, and aligning values are essential. The companies celebrated on the 2024 Global Most Loved Workplaces® list truly embody these principles. They show us that by championing respect and team oriented outcomes, they’re not just building great workplaces, they’re shaping a brighter future for all,” said Nancy Cooper, Global Editor in Chief of Newsweek.

"I started Most Loved Workplaces out of inspiration from my community of people who consciously place love for their employees at the center of their business model," said Louis Carter, the founder, and CEO of BPI and a social/organizational psychologist, thought leader, entrepreneur, and author.

The results were determined after surveying more than 2 million employees from businesses with workforces varying in size from 30 to more than 10,000. The list recognizes companies that put respect, caring, and appreciation for their employees at the center of their business model and, in doing so, have earned the loyalty and respect of the people who work for them.
