As Chief Executive Officer for TV, Publishing & Operations, Dr. Dietmar Otti leads media brands spanning television, film, and book, periodical and multimedia publishing for Red Bull Media House. The company is an award-winning, globally distributed multi-platform media company on a mission to inspire with ‘beyond the ordinary’ stories – both direct-to-consumer and through partnerships. With a focus on sports, culture and lifestyle content, Red Bull Media House offers a wide range of premium media products across TV, mobile, digital, audio, and print. In addition to steering a portfolio that encompasses such assets as Servus TV, international production company Terra Mater Factual Studios, publishers Ecowing and Benevento, and The Red Bulletin magazine, he also guides the operations of key internal departments and platforms, including Legal, Human Resources, Finance, Partnerships and Facility Management. Dietmar’s successful track record in the media industry further includes senior international positions with Bauer Media Group and Axel Springer, as well as hands-on guidance of Austria’s leading economic newspaper and collaborations with Russmedia and Siemens. At Bauer Media, Dietmar was President, Western Europe and USA, developing internationalization activities through organic growth and acquisitions and steering the brand to become the radio provider with the highest audience in Europe. In the role of Senior Vice President and COO at Axel Springer, he drove initiatives across Western, Central and Eastern Europe. Dietmar holds a doctorate in business and a degree in economics and engineering from the Universities of Leoben in Austria.

Monika Schulze, Head of Customer & Digital Experience, Zurich Insurance

Monika is the Head of Customer & Digital Experience at Zurich. In this role she is responsible for the end to end customer journey and experience both online and offline for Zurich globally. Monika also leads digital innovation at Zurich. In 2015 she was part of a strategic project team for Zurich in the Silicon Valley where she spent several weeks visiting and discussing with companies such as Google, Palantir, IBM Watson and many others. Pilots such as Augmented Reality applications for risk engineers and an Artificial Intelligence project for claims.

Monika has over 20 years of experience leading digital marketing, innovation and brand engagement for large B2C brands like Unilever. In 2017 she was recognized by Forbes as one of the World’s Most Influential CMOs in 2017 and was nominated by AdAge as “Woman to Watch Europe 2017” based on notable accomplishments.

Julian Childs, MD UK & Europe, SVP International, Business Insider

Julian is Managing Director UK and Europe for Business Insider. As their first London employee he has successfully built up the UK arm of the global news publisher, quickly becoming the largest business category digital brand in the UK with an audience of over 6M readers per month (Comscore Jan 2017) and helping to establish the brand as an industry innovator in reaching next generation business audiences across multiple digital platforms and formats.

With over 18 years of online publishing experience, Julian’s background has included various leadership , business and commercial roles across the UK, Europe and Internationally. Prior to launching Business Insider his career has spanned both B2C and B2B content brands such as CNET, ZDNet and Gamespot,. His most recent roles have included VP of EMEA and VP of Partnerships at CBS Interactive where he helped define and deliver their International monetisation and data strategy.
