Sarah Burnett Vice President, Everest Group Sarah serves European clients across Everest Group’s global services research areas including IT and business processes services. She is also the lead analyst for Everest Group’s research on technologies for service optimization and automation globally. As well as contributing to media, Sarah often speaks at leading client and industry events and is active in social media as a frequent blogger and Twitter user.

In May 2016 Computer Weekly named Sarah as one of 50 most influential women in the UK IT industry. In 2011, Information Management named Sarah as one of 17 women in technology to follow on Twitter. Sarah offers more than 20 years of experience and expertise in the global services industry, having served in a variety of capacities, including in-house practitioner, outsourcing provider, and research analyst.
