Naomi Hall Senior Migration Consultant, Amazon Connect Naomi Hall is a Sr. Connect Migrations consultant with AWS Professional services. She has worked in the contact center space for over 23 years, in roles ranges from telecom/routing engineer to director/product owner of omni channel solutions. She has been with AWS specializing in Amazon Connect a little over 2.5 years. Throughout her career she’s helped to lead numerous contact center migrations with on premises contact centers as well as Amazon Connect.
