TJ has 10 years of experience in Customer Service and Management and has been with ResMed since 2017. In 2017, she joined as a Client Service Representative and was quickly promoted to a supervisor position. She is currently a Supervisor with the Solution Operation Team, where they are creating, selling, and supporting their expert knowledge management system. Her goal is to have all users know where to find all ResMed SOP’s, whether they are internal or to external to the organization.
