Hilie Bloch Senior Director, Product Management, Verint Hilie is responsible for driving the product strategy for Verint’s open CCaaS solutions focusing on Engagement Data Insights. The strategy and solutions are focused on opening Verint’s CCaaS platform and allowing the abundance of enriched engagement data to be available for search and discovery making it very easy and intuitive for business users to take immediate action. Hilie joined Verint 2018 and has held a variety of roles in Verint including Director and manager of Speech and Text Analytics product management group, and global innovation leader.
