Cyber M@rketing Services has focused on the implementation of marketing programs in the contact center and software industries. The principals of the company have over 35 years of experience in these industries.
Founded in 1995, CRMXchange has long been recognized as a premiere destination on the Internet for the exchange of information and ideas on customer relationship management, sales, contact center, and telemarketing issues. Today, the site offers a wide variety of resources for CRM professionals. Through nearly a decade-long partnership with industry leaders and analysts, CRMXchange has developed unique insights into the kinds of business intelligence and professional development programs required for successful contact center operations. And as pioneers of the Internet, CRMXchange understands the profound role the Web can play in the all-important arena of peer-to-peer communication. Known by our audience as the “event site,” CRMXchange has gained a reputation as experts in the hosting and marketing of webcasts and other online events.
Sheri Greenhaus
For two decades Sheri Greenhaus has been involved in nearly every aspect of contact center management, both as a contact center executive and later a successful consultant.
As Director of Hart Hanks Telemarketing, Sheri oversaw the entire Hart Hanks call center operation. Her responsibilities included the company's critical sales and customer retention programs, hiring and training of agents, and the development of compensation programs.
At CRC Information Systems, where she was Vice President of Marketing, Sheri was responsible for sales and marketing strategies for this scripting database company.
Sheri began her contact center career at Dun & Bradstreet; the first automated outbound call centers in the country. There, she was responsible for acquiring and maintaining major accounts.
Following her corporate career Sheri founded Greenhaus Connection, a successful consulting firm specializing in the setting up of call centers and brokering of contract work for external sources.
In 1995 she and Larry Matte entered into a joint venture with TeleProfessional Magazine and launched the Tele-M@rket, a Web site devoted to contact centers (later renamed CRMXchange).
Sheri's contact center marketing expertise and extensive knowledge of the Internet and Larry's sales, marketing, and financial planning background have blended effectively to create one of the contact center industry's most popular and successful Web sites.
Sheri holds a BS degree from University of Connecticut and a Certificate Degree in Direct Marketing from New York University. She studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York.
Larry Matte
Prior to founding CRMXchange, Larry Matte had for more than 30 years
held senior level marketing, sales, training, and product management
positions at such companies as Burroughs Corporation, Nixdorf Computer,
Monroe Systems for Business, and Olivetti Corporation.
Larry also was Senior Director of Marketing at The Ultimate Corp., early
innovators in the use of telemarketing for vertical market lead
generation. In this position he was responsible for marketing efforts in
support of both direct and reseller sales channels. Larry also served
as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CRC Information
Systems, a major provider of scripting and data base software for call
centers.
Following six years as a successful marketing consultant he became aware
of the growing interest among his clients in the Internet's marketing
possibilities.
He quickly came to the conclusion (obvious now, not so obvious then)
that people would frequent web sites for unbiased, reliable, timely
information presented in innovative ways. Sheri Greenhaus, with whom he
had worked with at CRC, and who also was consulting, came to a similar
conclusion.
In 1995 they entered into a joint venture with TeleProfessional Magazine
and launched the Tele-M@rket, a Web site devoted to contact centers
(later renamed CRMXchange).
Larry's sales, marketing, and financial planning background dovetailed
nicely with Sheri's extensive knowledge of the Internet and contact
center marketing and has resulted in a highly successful Internet
business venture.
Larry holds a BBA degree in Public Administration from City College of
New York and has completed advanced marketing/business courses at New
York University. He has spoken on Internet marketing issues at
conferences sponsored by both the American Teleservices Association and
ICCM.
