CRMXchange was the North American media partner for The Contact Centre Global Forum. More than 450 management delegates from 45 countries attended. These senior level decision makers from call centers around the world addressed the challenges facing this fast maturing industry. The Forum and its partners will sponsor a series of management events on CRMXchange and provide content for CRMXchange’s new international section.
Are contact centers the same all over the world? Does a call center in South Africa have the same requirements as one in Canada? How do CRM strategies that focus on maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue, differ from country to country? Who’s ahead, who’s behind? What can we learn from each other? What best practices, success, and war stories can we share with each other?
As Thomas Friedman has said, the world is flat and getting flatter every day as new approaches and new technologies such as IP are being implemented every day. At CRMXchange we see the need for a global sharing of ideas, concepts and strategies through on-site international events and online discussions, forums, and blogs.
Over the next few months you will see CRM-Xchange grow in the following manner:
Live and Recorded Roundtable Management Discussions With all the different time zones, you may not be able to participate live in the global discussions, but through our international blog and forum discussion groups you can share your thoughts before as well as after a live event. Listen to our previous roundtables and of course please feel free to add a post to our global management blog.
Country Specific Information – Through the partnership with Contact Centre Global Forum, CRM-Xchange is the first website to bring together information on call centers from over 25 countries. Though discussion and networking groups, you can interact with contact center professionals within your country or with individuals from around the world.
