Mike Harwell, Senior Director, Omnichannel Product Management, NICE inContact
Mike leads the Product Management team responsible for Strategy and Execution for the NICE inContact Omnichannel portfolio. He has over 20 years of Product Management and Contact Center experience. Prior to joining NICE inContact, Mike was with Avaya where he managed Agent, Supervisor, Administration and Routing products. Mike received his undergraduate degree in Business Management and Finance from North Carolina State University and his MBA in Management of Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Kaarina Kvaavik, Co-Founder, Language IO
Kaarina has been in the high-tech and language industries for more than 20 years. She has also held executive management positions with VistaTEC, Lingoport and SDL. Before co-founding Language I/O, Kaarina was an owner of ABLE Innovations, ensuring ABLE’s position as a technologically savvy localization services provider. She has a multi-cultural background that began with her Swedish upbringing. She speaks five languages and has an excellent understanding of cultural differences and nuances.
