Alain Mowad, Director, Product Management, Cloud Platform, VHT
Alain Mowad is a product management leader with over 15
years of product management experience. In his current role as Director of
Product Management, Cloud Platform at VHT, Alain is leading the development of
VHT’s Cloud Callback solution as well as other cloud applications. Previously,
Alain held the position of Senior Director, Product Management at Echopass
(acquired by Genesys), where he was in charge of Echopass’ SaaS contact center
and communications platform. Prior to that, Alain has held senior product
management and product advocate roles at Five9, Ribbit/BT, Polycom and Genesys.
