Naomi Hall is a Sr. Connect Migrations consultant with AWS Professional services. She has worked in the contact center space for over 23 years, in roles ranges from telecom/routing engineer to director/product owner of omni channel solutions. She has been with AWS specializing in Amazon Connect a little over 2.5 years. Throughout her career she’s helped to lead numerous contact center migrations with on premises contact centers as well as Amazon Connect.
Angie Talley, Consultant, Amazon Connect
Angie Talley is an Amazon Connect Consultant with AWS Professional Services. She has a background in software engineering and consulting, and has worked in the contact center space for over 13 years. She has been with AWS in the Amazon Connect Global Specialty Practice for a year and a half.
