About the Customer Contact Management AssociationThe Customer Contact Management Association was formed in Australia in June 1996. The association recognises all Contact and Call Centres including help desks. There is no distinction between inbound or outbound, sales or service, or industry. Over the last eight years the CCMA has grown from strength to strength in both membership and industry recognition.
The association is run by a cross section of experienced Contact & Call Centre professionals who provide the driving force behind the continued success of the Association. All committee members offer their services on a voluntary basis. The CCMA is a not-for-profit incorporated association with all proceeds ploughed back into member benefits. Therefore membership is paramount to our success and it is only with the support and participation of our members and sponsors that the CCMA can continue to be responsive and relevant in this dynamic industry.
