About the Presenters

Mary Ward, Senior Solution Consultant, Aspect Software

 Mary is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Aspect.  She has more than 19 years of experience in Workforce Optimization. Her roles have spanned from engineering, where she managed customer escalations for the WFM account teams, to being responsible for the development and delivery of solutions for demonstrations and implementations.  Mary is an avid runner and baking enthusiast.  She holds a B.S. degree from Vanderbilt University and attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
