Presented By: Dr. Natalie Petouhoff , Chief Strategist for Social Media, Digital Communications, & ROI
On Demand : Live Date August 2011
If you are wondering how to build a business case for social media this is the webinar for you. Most brands are beyond the stage in social media of putting up a Twitter and Facebook presence. If you are typical you've done this. But the next question is what else should we be doing? And why? Often times brands don't have context for why social media makes sense for businesses. While they can't "not" do social media, they are unsure of what to do and how to explain to executives why they should do more.
This webinar examines how to build a business case, where the return on investment from social media comes from and examples of how the ROI can be calculated. The research shows that when companies accelerate cross-functional collaboration, the ROI goes up. This takes leadership at the CEO-level to help drive culture changes necessary for internal infighting to cease. If you want to convince your company that they must take social media seriously join us!
