Her 30 years of industry experience include five years as a Director and Principal Analyst at Gartner Group/Dataquest.Samrat Baul, Manager, VUI Design and Analytics, Voxify -Samrat Baul leads the VUI Design and Analytics team at Voxify.  He is a VUI Design expert with more than ten years of experience designing structured and unstructured applications for American Express, USAA, Continental Airlines and other Fortune 500 companies. Samrat is a veteran in the speech industry, having spent years at Verizon and Tellme. Samrat has a Master’s Degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, India.
